When I select "Help | Check for Updates" from the DocShuttle or WavPlayer menu, I am not able to receive the latest update.

Normally, you can select "Help | Check for Updates" to receive the latest update for your DocShuttle or WavPlayer software.  It may be possible that some security settings or firewall prevent you from downloading or installing the update.  If so, you can use the links below to manually download and install the updates:


Version 5:
DocShuttle Administrator:  http://www.bytescribe.com/downloads/dsa_sp590.exe 
DocShuttle Transcriptionist:  http://www.bytescribe.com/downloads/dsc_sp591.exe 
DocShuttle Dictator:  http://www.bytescribe.com/downloads/dsd_sp590.exe


Version 6:
